MATT & MEGAN HOVDE- THE HOVDEES at the TBS Just for Laughs Pet Project Series
The TBS JUST FOR LAUGHS FESTIVAL is proud to present The Pet Project Series- a series of shows by some of Chicago's best and brightest performers and groups. Thursday June 14th at 8:30pm at The Playground Theater JFL's Pet Project Series Presents Matt & Megan- The Hovde's.
Matt & Megan - The Hovde's : Siblings Matt and Megan Hovde first performed together at their neighborhood block party as kids. Despite their loving parents and shared passion for good television, one has become a vegetarian, the other an atheist. Can they learn to set aside their differences and improvise together as brother and sister? Their family name depends on it. Megan was in the Second City National Touring Company, and is an alum of the Second City Detroit. Her improv families include: KOKO, American Dream, Shared Property, iO and the Annoyance. Matt has performed with The Best of the Second City, Chicago Live!, and the Galileo Players. He has also directed several shows for the Second City, including the 100th Mainstage Revue, Sky's the Limit (Weather Permitting), and Studs Terkel's Not Working.
