Heavy Table Chef Camp Dinner with Red Table Meat Co, Lone Grazer Creamery, The Draft Horse, and Fulton Brewery
Enjoy a 4 course dinner with drink pairings at The Draft Horse in NE Mpls, the new restaurant connected to the FOOD BUILDING, an urban food production hub and food business accelerator. Currently the production and operations home to the Red Table Meat Co., The Lone Grazer Creamery and the soon to be grain milling and baking business. FOOD BUILDING is built on three foundation brands bound together by a shared purpose - to handcraft exceptional foods close to the source because food tastes best when it has a "taste of place." The dinner will feature products from the Food Building prepared by Chefs Mike Phillips (Red Table Meat Co), Luke Kyle and Geoff King (The Draft Horse).
Chef Camp is a weekend-long wilderness cooking retreat. Some of the state's most talented and interesting chefs will teach a series of classes to attendees, who will also enjoy a full weekend of food, beverages, and camp activities in a northwoods setting, slated for Labor Day 2016.
