Intimate JM Cellars Wine & Chocolate Tasting
Join us on a fun and romantic Culinary Adventure as we travel to JM Cellars, nestled on a secluded, organically gardened hillside called Bramble Bump in the heart of Woodinville Wine Country. Together with owner and winemaker John Bigelow, we will be blending select varietals and expertly pairing these with varied single origin chocolates from the acclaimed chocolatiers at Theo Chocolate. Theo Chocolate is renowned as one of the nations most progressive chocolate makers. They established themselves as the first organic, fair trade certified chocolate maker in North America, and remain one of only a handful of such companies today. Their chocolate comes from the purest ingredients grown in the most sustainable ways possible, meeting the highest standards for organic, Fair Trade and Fair for Life. Needless to say, this Culinary Adventure presents a marriage of two Pacific Northwest pioneers that promote environmental and ethical responsibility on every level while maintaining the upper echelon of quality. We look forward to having you join us on this intimate Copperleaf Culinary Adventure!
Light bites including fresh seasonal wraps, Salumi charcuterie, local cheeses, pickled vegetables and chocolate petit fours will be provided. Transportation is included in all Culinary adventures. Departure will take place at 2PM from Cedarbrook Lodge. Our estimated return to Cedarbrook will be between 6-7PM. On-site parking at Cedarbrook Lodge is included.
