Fury Theatre's Teen Bard program returns with William Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream!

The legends of the Fae come to life in Athens to spread their mischief on Duke Theseus' wedding day! Jealous Oberon and proud Titania, the king and queen of all fairydom, take odds over a coveted prize. Their supernatural spat entangles four young Athenian lovers and a group of six amateur actors who are bewitched by the spritely and mischievous Robin Goodfellow, aka Puck.

This year marks our fourth installment of Teen Bard productions (Romeo & Juliet 2013, The Tempest 2014, Hamlet Prince of Denmark 2015) as we continue to expand and share our love of Shakespeare. Under the direction of Artistic Director Mark Dodge and coached on language by Chicago Professional Actors, young actors explore his words and stories.

This show is entertaining for the whole family and runs 2 hours (& 10 min intermission) and is highly recommended for Shakespeare beginners and experts alike!

Starring Student Actors Schuyler Harris, Isaac Gloss, Nick Gloss, Ben Mulick, Rachel Mulick, Isabel Bresnahan, Molly Sheridan, Chloe Cosgrove, Izzy Tortuga, Diego Ramos, Jolie Mahr, Madison Peon and Danny Irizarry.

With Chicago professional mentoring Actors Lauren McDonald, Robbie Bersano and Dustin Napier.
