Join Local Three for a four-course dinner paired with some of Andrew Will's best vintages! We will kick off the evening with a reception followed by a seated dinner. The menu will be prepared by Chris Hall and Ben Barth to showcase these stunning wines.
Andrew Will currently focuses on four vineyards all of which are in the Columbia Valley: CHAMPOUX VINEYARD in the Horse Heaven Hills of which Andrew Will is part owner, CIEL DU CHEVAL on Red Mountain, DISCOVERY VINEYARD which is also in the Horse Heaven Hills, and Owner/Winemaker Chris Camardas's own vineyard, TWO BLONDES, in Yakima Valley.
The vineyards are sustainably farmed and use irrigation. Low precipitation around 8" annually and humidity help minimize mildew and diseases ruinous to vines and their fruit. During the height of the growing season they experience up to 17.4 sunlight hours, two hours more than Napa.

First Course: Seared Steelhead Trout- fennel puree, celery, smoked butter 2010 Ciel du Cheval
Second Course: Cheshire Pork Belly- creamy polenta, kale, pomegranate 2010 Two Blondes
Third Course: Cervena Venison- spaetzle, carrot, black currant 2010 Sorella
Dessert: Petit Fours & Mignardises
