Coffee & Sustainability: A Complex Brew

Join DC EcoWomen for a class at Peregrine Espresso's Union Market coffee bar to explore sustainability in coffee.
We will start with a presentation and discussion then break into small groups for a hands on brewing workshop lead by their experienced instructors (many of them award-winning baristas!).
You will leave the class with an understanding of sustainable coffees and their certifications and supply chains as well as essential skills of brewing and tasting coffee.

Note: While DC EcoWomen hosts many co-ed events throughout the year, this is a women only event.
