The Whiskey Treaty Roadshow is a collaborative band that brings together five Massachusetts singer-songwriters (Billy Keene, Chris Merenda, Tory Hanna, David Tanklefsky, and Greg Smith) in the vein of americana, rock and roots-folk music. With talent like that all in one band you can be assured of one helluva show!
Emily Mure is a classically informed, smoky voiced singer-songwriter. She got her start in music playing the oboe while growing up in New York City. After school she headed to Ireland and began her songwriting career as a busker on the streets of Galway. She built her performing chops here and wrote songs inspired by her travels and the people she met while along the way. When she later returned to her native home of NYC she continued to perform solo, with various other musicians, and with her chamber-folk trio, which includes Audrey Q Snyder on cello and Emily DiAngelo on oboe and english horn. Emily has two full-length albums, including her recent 2013 critically acclaimed second album, Odyssey. She was an emerging artist at Falcon Ridge Folk Festival, a Telluride Bluegrass Troubadour in 2014, and has shared the stage with the likes of Kim Richey, Kath Bloom, Darlingside, Garrison Starr, The Farewell Drifters and Kris Delmhorst. Her songs have received airplay on numerous radio stations and have made their way into shows and movies on NBC, PBS, and ABC.
