This year, we are bringing you a bourbon dinner each month. Each dinner focuses on one bourbon-maker or a specific theme, so not only will you enjoy tasting delicious bourbons, but you'll also learn a little something along the way!
Each dinner will be five courses prepared by Chef Ben Barth, along with five bourbon pairings. Guests will join us in the Knights of Revelry Dining Room, and there are only ten tickets available for each dinner.
Friday, February 26 is our first Bourbon Dinner featuring Elijah Craig.

Second Course: Cheshire Pork Belly - heirloom grits, almond, chocolate Elijah Craig 20 Year
Third Course: Mississippi Rabbit - spiced spaetzle, raisin, cherry, natural jus Elijah Craig 21 Year
Fourth Course: Cervena Venison - smoked potato, kale, apricot Elijah Craig 23 Year
