Aligning Ourselves with The Spring; helpful tips for the season
In this class we will talk about the season of Springtime, all the gifts it provides and the associations that Chinese medicine attributes to this bright season. Helpful hints for how to live in balance with the springtime will be discussed, as well as how to support the organs of the Liver and Gallbladder that correspond to the Springtime. Teas, tonics and a handout will be provided and you'll enjoy 10% off everything in the shop.

"I have been practicing acupuncture since 2004 when I graduated with my Masters degree from The Traditional Acupuncture Institute (TAI Sophia) in Maryland. I am an Oregon Licensed Acupuncturist, in addition to a Diplomate of Acupuncture from The National Certification Commission for Acupuncture. Previous to my study of Chinese Medicine, I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. I have studied herbal medicine at The Elderberry School. I also have completed and graduated from 5 years of energy work and healing from Colette Gardiner in the Blue Iris Mystery School."
