The beauty of Kaiseki in March
"Kaiseki" is one of the styles of Japanese cuisine, a course style Japanese cuisine made of various seasonal ingredients and cooked by variety of cooking methods.
With monthly theme based on Japanese culture, the Japanese Kaiseki chef, Hiro Tawara will serve you a beautiful and delicious course of 5 dishes including a dessert.
The theme of March event will be " Girl's day celebration".
March 3rd is Girl's day in Japan. We celebrate for girls' happiness and health on March 3rd every year. We display "Hina" dolls and peach blossoms and enjoy some foods and sweets.
You can learn and enjoy Japanese culture as well as the foods!!
