Bio: Megan Leatherman, MS, PHR is Portland-based Human Resources Consultant and Career Coach, and the founder of Integrated Consulting. She supports organizations and individuals with work life integration trainings, career workshops, and individual coaching. Program Summary:
When we can move fluidly and authentically between "work" and "life," some wonderful things can happen. By viewing our work and ourselves more holistically, we can bring more creativity, energy, and insight to what we do each day. In this lively and multi-faceted session, we'll explore an innovative concept called work life integration, which stems from the school of "work life balance." Session attendees will receive bite-sized, practical ideas for how to integrate the major parts of their lives in a way that is mutually enriching. We'll also cover some helpful ways that Human Resources professionals can make work life integration come alive for the organizations that they support.
