Spring Equinox Wild Laurel & Wild Food Cafe Weekend Retreat
We would love to host you on a rejuvenating weekend retreat over the spring equinox. It will be a truly special opportunity to reconnect with nature's cycles and your own gifts.
We will be staying in a magnificent country house amidst the lush Kent countryside. Beautiful bedrooms, open log fires and a truly special yoga room await you.
We will spend the weekend tuning into the Spring equinox energies and focusing on tools, strategies and practices to support us in this transition with ease, happiness and potency.
We are teaming up with our favourite and most knowledgeble instructors in the yoga and wellbeing fields:
Wild Laurel aka Laurella Fox-Pitt with her irresistible yoga wisdom on and off the mat; Aiste & Joel Gazdar the founders of Wild Food Cafe and School, who are experienced facilitators of cacao ceremonies and experts in a host of natural healing modalities; La Spirale Collective, masters of sound healing, gong baths and deep rest.
Wild Food Cafe's team will be providing two gently cleansing, light & colourful meals each day as well as smoothies and delightful raw food snacks.
Two yoga classes will be provided each day by Laurella Fox-Pitt.
Daily holistic wellbeing & raw food workshops by Wild Food Cafe's founder and wellbeing coach Joel Gazdar.
An evening cacao ceremony, guided meditation and restorative healing lead by Aiste & Joel Gazdar.
Deeply rejuvenating sound journeys and gong baths by La Spirale sound collective.
An excellent masseuse, body worker and holistic therapist will be available for bookings.
Plenty of space to breathe in the fresh air, enjoy the nature, sit by the fire, soak up the great company or just to have some introspective time journaling, meditating or sleeping.
REFUND POLICY:
If you cancel a month before the course begins you are entitled to full refund minus the ticket administration fees.
All cancellations made with less than a months' notice will receive 50% refund, minus the ticket administration fees.
Cancellations made less than a week prior to the course start date are non-refundable.
