A child's brain grows faster in the first few years of life than it will at any other time. This spurt of brain growth allows young children to learn at an incredible rate. Together we will dive between a baby's ears and take a peek at what is happening in their rapidly developing brain. We will talk about how the brain is built and what drives brain growth. We will also talk about the amazing flexibility of a child's brain and some milestones in brain development. And we will discuss how the experiences a child has in the first few years of life literally shape the development of the brain.
Ideal for caregivers of children 0-2 years old.
