Caltech Theater Arts Boldly Go! Dinner Event
TACIT Objective
TACIT strives to teach Caltech students the art of storytelling through dramatic literature, new play development and fun and engaging social events. By helping students learn this vital skill, they become more articulate, well-rounded individuals effectively communicating with members of the Caltech community, family, friends and future employers.
Event Description
A theme dinner, pre-show celebration of TACIT's winter musical parody based on 'Star Trek' called Boldly Go! The goal is to provide our students with an opportunity to interact with constituencies and stakeholders who share a love for the Arts and Caltech. With your help, we would like to reach out to new and potential audiences in the Pasadena and larger Los Angeles area, and invite them to join in the theme dinner festivities, followed by viewing the play and post show mingling.
This is a unique opportunity to expose our students to the broader Caltech community. With each ticket that is purchased, guests will receive a limited-edition Boldly Go! T-shirt, a ticket to see Boldly Go! and admission to the theme dinner at Chandler Café which includes a meet-and-greet with actors, directors and special friends of TACIT.
