Linked Dance Theatre presents Swagger
Swagger tells the story of two brothers living in Dublin, Ireland in the mid-1990's. This piece will be performed site-specifically at the Rockaway Brewing Company in Long Island City, Queens and will be a marriage of devised text, movement and live Irish music. With this work, we are interested in delving into what it means to be a man and the dynamics that emerge in a group of male friends over the course of a night of heavy drinking.
