Join Slow Food members and locavores for an exclusive "Hidden Kitchen" on February 10th, available only to our special friends and Slow Food Miami supporters.
Please join us for an evening of culinary adventure as we peak behind the curtain, with an opportunity to savor tasty bites by Chef Pablo Zitzmann of the much anticipated "Trust & Company"- coming this month to Coral Gables.
Hidden Kitchens are intimate by nature, so tickets go very quickly!

Soup: Cauliflower Veloute, Marcona Almonds, Grape
Small Plate: Roasted Lamb Belly, Romesco, Pickled Florida Fresno Peppers, Swank Farm Baby Beets.
Fish: Steamed Florida Hybrid Striped Bass, Swank Farm Roasted Baby Carrots, Nasturtium Broth, Lemon Balm Oil.
Meat: Braised American Wagyu Short Rib, Charred Celery Root, Anticucho Sauce.
Dessert: Alfajor Two Ways
