Rare Beer Dinner with Goose Island
For Beer Week 2016 we're excited to be working with Goose Island again for a very special beer dinner.
Goose Island will be pouring a selection from their product line that aren't widely available. Featuring a few of their famous barrel aged sours and culminating in a taste of their most limited and sought after beer.
The 'Sour Sisters' line of wild ales combine wine barrels, wild yeast, fresh fruits, experimentation and a healthy dose of patience, Goose Island has perfected its quintet of aged sour beers, lovingly known as the Sour Sisters Halia, Gillian, Lolita, Juliet, and Madame Rose.
'Bourbon County Rare' is exactly that, Rare. An Imperial Stout aged for 2 years in a 35 year old bourbon barrel this beer expresses amazing complexity, mouthfeel, and intense aroma and flavors. This beer is released only every 5 years...as such it is a very Rare opportunity to enjoy such an amazing beer.
Of course, we'll have food from our beautiful island of Guam to complement the flavors and styles of Goose Islands beers.
We look forward to having you in for such a special evening.
Best, Team Prubechu
