Ready to shake off your umbrella and get rid of those rainy winter Vancouver blues? We've got just the solution! A night with craft brews and fellows queers! Did you have SO much fun at our Pride & Fall parties? Missed the action? Just heard about Queers & Beers? You're in luck! We had such an amazing time at our last Craft Beer Tasting Party we're gonna to do it all again. Join us for our WINTER EDITION of Queers & Beers and a for a perfectly balanced & thirst-quenching afternoon of tasting craft beers, meeting new folks, and warming up with nice frothy pint!
Do you love craft beer but wish it was just a little more queer? Want to check out Vancity's microbrew spaces with fellow queer beer lovers? For the past year Queers & Beers has brought you a regular get together in Vancouver's craft brew scene to try new brews and create a safer space to appreciate our community and beer, beer, beer! Come out and enjoy a special tasting party edition of Queers & Beers!
Featuring:
24 beers on tap, including many local favourites!
Toonie tasters of craft beers!
Hanging outside in our makeshift patio (aka the Cobalt parking lot!)
Tasty snacks from local food trucks!
Pool tables, videogames & pinball!
Chill hangouts!
Cider & full bar available for our gluten free friends!
DOORS open at 5pm, and stay and try some beer until 10pm.
This is a 19+ event
BONUS!!! An extra special edition added to the night! Come for Queers & Beers but stay for Man Up's Amateur Hour starting at 9:30pm! All guests are invited to keep the party going and enjoy the all-levels queer variety show AMATEUR HOUR, for no extra cover charge!
