Jim Trick at the Homegrown Coffeehouse
Every once in a while, we have an opening act who gets such rave reviews from the audience that we have to bring them back as soon as we can. Jim Trick is that guy. The Boston area has welcomed Jim with open arms, as a solo artist, to play as a regular at iconic venues such as Club Passim, The Me&Thee Coffeehouse, Berklee's Cafe 939 and the New Moon Coffeehouse, just to name a few. He has shared the stage with Ellis Paul, Brooks Williams, Susan Werner, Martyn Joseph, Christopher Williams, and of course Joe Crookston at the Homegrown this past November. Opening for Jim will be Emily Mure, one of the best new voices we've heard, who integrates her classical roots and composition techniques with her folk and Irish inspired singing and songwriting. JIM TRICK at the Homegrown Coffeehouse, Saturday, February 6, at 8:00 P.M.
The Homegrown Coffeehouse is located at the First Parish Unitarian Universalist Church, at the corner of Great Plain and Dedham Avenue in Needham center. There is free parking and full handicapped access. Admission is $16.00 / $14.00 students and seniors to benefit the Church.
