*Do you just want to PLAY more at improv?

The Zen of Improv As a Practice is a next level improv class for your soul. It's improv for the pure joy of it. Like your previous Zen of Improv classes, we will continue ease-fully and fun-fully (!) exploring improv exercises, games, plus supported scenework. It's improvisation, not FOR practice to perform but AS A PRACTICE to live, with the purpose strengthening skills such as being braver, living mindfully, strengthening your personal voice, building self-confidence, managing stress, redefining failure and embracing small challenges, listening more effectively, and, most importantly, HAVING BIG BIG FUN!!!

This class meets on the following EIGHT evenings, 6:30-8:30pm at The North Star building at 45 Amherst Rd (Rt. 116) in Sunderland, just south of Rt. 47. It's on the west side of Rt. 116, just north of the Japanese restaurant Goten and more or less across from a Sunoco station and Sugarloaf Frostee. When you get there, go into the classroom to the left:

(If we need a make-up class, it will be on 4/21)

(Plan on getting there about 5-10 min. early to settle in so the workshop can start promptly.)
