Winter Scenic City Supper Club: Dinner Under the Dome
We are excited to announce our Winter Scenic City Supper Club event on Sunday, January 31--Dinner Under the Dome--featuring Chef Matt Bolus of Nashville's 404 Kitchen! The menu will highlight Chef Bolus, who honed his skills in renowned kitchens like FIG, Flyte, and Watermark, and recently led 404 Kitchen to a James Beard Award: Best New Restaurant nomination. Three local Chattanooga chefs will join Chef Bolus to prepare Dinner Under the Dome: Rebecca Barron (St. Johns), Nathan Flynt (2 Sons Kitchen), and Jeremy Vasterling (Main Street Meats). Sixty guests will enjoy an intimate, multi-course dinner under the dramatic dome at Chattanooga's Choo Choo Hotel, an old railway terminal and local historic landmark. While the menu is still being finalized, guests can expect dishes to highlight the winter season with a throwback to the glory days of hotel culture and food. Cocktails will be crafted by Brian Lindsay, the mixologist and bartender at Hush; beer and wine will also be served. Cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres will begin at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 p.m.
The full list of participants includes: *Featured Talent* Matt Bolus (The 404 Kitchen) Rebecca Baron (Head Chef of St. Johns) Nathan Flynt (Owner and Chef of 2 Sons Kitchen) Jeremy Vasterling (Chef de Cuisine of Main Street Meats) Mixologist: Brian Lindsay (Mixologist and Bartender at Hush)
