Red Line Roots - Three Year Anniversary Celebration with The Meadow Brothers, Honeysuckle, Ian Fitzgerald and Hailey Magee
The Meadow Brothers http://www.meadowsbrothers.com Ian and Dustin Meadows have been playing music together for most of their lives. In 2011, they made the decision to leave the band they were playing in, and strike out on their own as a duo. Their distinct brand of roots music draws inspiration from a huge list of influences; combining Folk, Blues, Country, and Rock n' roll genres into what The Boston Globe calls "An engagingly twangy sibling sound all their own."
Honeysuckle www.honeysuckleband.com Honeysuckle is a progressive folk trio which blends older influences and traditional instrumentation with modern effects and inspiration.
Ian Fitgerald www.ianfitzgerald.com Ian Fitzgerald is a folk singer and songwriter. Based in New England, Ian has toured solo up and down the east coast and through the midwest. Ian has independently released four albums of original material and has become known for his storytelling and skillful use of language. In their review of his latest album, No Time To Be Tender [;;2013];;, Performer Magazine called Ian "a polished songsmith who is high atop a field of great artists breaking through to festival and folk concerts throughout the States."
Hailey Magee www.facebook.com/haileymageemusic Honest, gritty, captivating solo singer-songwriter from Boston, MA Much more than a local singer/songwriter, when Hailey Magee is not writing or performing her songs she is the lead push behind EBASS, or Emerging Boston Area Singer/Songwriters.
