Montrose-born award winning poet Fiona Ritchie Walker uses poetry and family stories to explore the life of her grandfather, Peter Bert Ritchie. Her poems include his part in a WWI firing squad and the significance of a cigarette packet changing hands in 1915.
This piece was first performed at the 2014 Edinburgh Fringe as part of the Appletree Writers' highly acclaimed Spoken Word Sundays.
