Crudo & Bollicine Class at Spiaggia
Join us on Saturday, January 30th, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. for an exclusive tasting of Ferrari Sparkling Wines with a Crudo pairing class from Chef Tony Mantuano. Ferrari was recently named "Sparkling Wine Producer of the Year" in the 2015 Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships, and its unique mountain terroir lends marked minerality and acidity to the wines which is perfect for pairing with Crudo. We'd like to invite you to the Spiaggia kitchen with Ferrari and Chef Tony Mantuano to explore these delicious combinations.
