Following several sell-out shows over the last year, Pure Riddy comes to Glasgow Comedy Fest packing its unique blend of mortification and mirth, as real, actual adults (all non-actors/performers) read aloud passages from their real, actual teenage diaries, with a smattering of sixth-form sonnets and sub-gangsta rap thrown in for extra black-affrontedness.

Cringe-making and life-affirming in equal measure.


Pure Riddy are seeking new readers!Do you or someone you know have a teenage diary, lyrics, poetry or letters? No experience required. For anyone aged between 18-70. Get in touch with meadhbhboyd-at-gmail.com for more info.
