Your 4-Part Experience Will Feature --
"Welcome to BDSM" - This is an open forum to explore what you seek -- what every newbie should know! Learn where to find calendars, websites, groups, munches, and other resources. Gain knowledge that will help you make friends quickly and meet play partners easily. Discuss the basic "do"s and "don'ts" in the dungeon and beyond. Find out about the important benefits of being a member of local groups and the overall community! Topics for discussion include "ask the DM" and "What is an emergency?" Learn why we have dungeon safety monitors ("DMs") and why safety is so important.
"Let's Talk Play" We help you learn ways of getting what you want with a quick negotiate scenario along with guidelines to help get this stuff started.
"Mixing and Mingling" - Let's have fun! Mingle with others and try your luck in an engaging trivia game and learn about how to make friends with fellow new to the area and veterans.
"A Taste of Play" - Experienced tops will offer samples of a variety of play along with their personal incorporated style. You will get that valuable one-on-one measured guidance in a safe, no pressure setting so you'll feel more comfortable attending your first play party.

Our leather family started soon after a few of us entered the scene in back in 2000. We have grown to have more members as the years past. Over the last 13 years, our leather family has grown in to 17 adult members along with 13 children. We also host a munch on the First Sunday of the month. We are one of the only leather families in San Jose to do so. PROvert's was started on September 3, 2000 by MsTender, DeMoN, and Marcus Drake who are three of our family leaders. The PROvert's munch is hosted and supported by all of Casa de Chaos. We welcome you to join us for brunch every first Sunday.
We think Jim Butcher's summed it up nicely: "I don't care about whose DNA has recombined with whose. When everything goes to hell, the people who stand by you without flinching--they are your family."
