Also some up-and-coming restaurant pros will be there throwing their hats into the ring, trying to knock-off the past champs.

Note that you do not need to arrive at 7 a.m. sharp in order to taste everything. Each restaurant arrives with plenty of ingredients and serves right through the end of the event.
