Enoversity: South America: Argentina & Chile
At our Enoversity "classes," guests sample and learn about various wines, focused on that month's topic. Whether guests have been studying wine for years, or are just looking to be more wine savvy in 2016, all will enjoy the interactive, informative classes led by ENO's expert staff of sommeliers.
In addition to wine, guests will be served an assortment of cheeses, chocolates, and charcuterie to enjoy during the class.
With the Andes creating a natural barrier, Argentina and Chile sit on either side, growing grapes and making wine. Chile produces wonderful Pinot Noirs, Chardonnays, and some delicious Carignan. Argentina is almost synonymous with malbec, but it is also almost exclusive to unique varieties such as Bonarda and Torrontes. This will be a fun class!
Enoversity is an intimate setting, so we limit each class to 10 people. We apologize in advance if a session you would like to attend is full, but if you have a group wanting to come, we can certainly create a class just for you. Please email Alex Smith at alex.smith.mjsh@ihg.com with an questions or concerns.
We'll see you soon!
