The Maydays Writing Weekender

Do you fancy yourself as a writer? Good. This is an improv workshop AND a writing workshop.

Generate ideas through improv, explore, extrapolate then explore some more.

I WILL MAKE YOU WRITE STUFF. And, I WILL MAKE YOU SHARE IT. It's for your own good. Expect to leave with the beginnings of stories and the motivation to write them up.

Mayday Jen is an actor with over 10 years of improv experience (The Maydays; Impromptu Shakespeare; 2Seats). She writes short fiction and is researching & writing a show about SF writer, James Tiptree Jr. Jen completed a 2-year novel-writing course at Sussex Uni and various Secondcity Sketch workshops. She teaches improv, improv for writing and devising workshops.
