THE NAKED I: SELF-DEFINED

Inspired by The Naked I: Monologues From Beyond The Binary by Tobias K. Davis, which 20% Theatre Company produced back in 2009, the company has created, and will continue to create and produce a new NAKED I production every two years.
Building community both locally and nationally, this production aims to highlight the voices and experiences of trans/queer/otherwise non-cisgender and/or non-heterosexual folks. Written, performed, and directed by LGBTQIAP+ people, this is a production for us, by us, and about us.
THE NAKED I: SELF-DEFINED will explore queer and trans* experience through brand new, never before seen monologues, short scenes, movement pieces, spoken word poems, short film, and more - featuring the contributions of over 50 artists.

A waiting list will start in the lobby of Intermedia Arts at 6:30pm each performance night. You must be present in person to get on the waiting list. We have 8 "standing room" tickets to sell each night, plus to chance at actual chairs with no-shows, or when people bought more than they need. Take a chance and come!
EVERY performance will be followed by a post-show discussion with the artists!
TICKETS: $5-$25 Sliding Scale - pay what you can in that range!

--There are NO REFUNDS! Exchanges may be possible by emailing info@tctwentypercent.org.
--All seating is GENERAL ADMISSION - choose your own! Theater opens for seating approximately 30 minutes before showtime.
--All tickets are WILL CALL and will be held under your name for pick-up when you arrive at Intermedia Arts for the performance.
--Tickets not picked up by 5 minutes to showtime MAY BE RELEASED to people on a waiting list!
