Create a Wild & Roarsome start to 2016!

To celebrate Veganuary this January Wild Food Cafe's Joel Gazdar will be giving an inspirational talk on living a Wild & Roarsome lifestyle.

The first session on Tuesday 12th January will focus on cleansing and detox techniques to shift and post Christmas excesses.

The second session on Tuesday 26th January will look at transformative nutrition and how to integrate clean eating and the vegan diet without compromising on taste!

Ticket prices include a delicious meal at Wild Food Cafe after the talk where there will be an opportunity to meet like minded people and share ideas and a truly fabulous meal!!
