URINETOWN
What do you get when you mix unconventional musical theatre with politics, corruption, environmental turmoil, a Revolution, class warfare, corporate mismanagement, oppression, satire and humor? The Tony Award-winning, innovative production called URINETOWN: The Musical, of course!
de Toledo High School proudly presents... URINETOWN, the musical
URINETOWN was produced on Broadway in September, 2001 by the Araca Group and Dodger Theatricals in association with TheaterDreams, Inc., and Lauren Mitchell Due to a 20-year drought, all public restrooms have been outlawed. Citizens must now pay to use the toilets, which are owned by a malicious Corporation. Come see what happens when the Poor Corps fight to regain their Rights to pee for free! Don't flush this opportunity to be entertained and educated down the toilet! Follow your heart (that's the name of one of the songs) and bring your bladders to the theatre! (Toilet paper will be provided.)
