Quillisascut school of the Domestic Arts Scholarship dinner
We would like to welcome you to Skelly and the Bean to enjoy some really great food for a really great cause. We have lined up some passionate chefs who believe in the mission of Quillisascut school of the Domestic Arts. They will be preparing a six course meal with some of the best ingredients from local farmers. May 21, we invite you to come help us support the school. Joining us this evening in the kitchen will be Chef Kären Jurgensen, chef Sean Dominiski, chef Tara Ayers, chef Sarah Wong, chef Lucy Damkoeler and chef Zephyr Paquette. Tickets will be $100 not including tax, tip or beverages. Featured, most recently in Edible Seattle May/June publication Quillisascut Farm School of the Domestic Arts pursues to teach the domestic arts such as preserving,foraging whole animal butchery and use, and of course cheese making. Their dedication and impact on the culinary community is far reaching and we are honored to be able to help further their potential for practice. Funds raised go to Quillisascut Education Fund (the non-profit) to send students to the farm. Please join us.
