The beauty of "Kaiseki" in December
"Kaiseki" is one of the styles of Japanese cuisine, a course style Japanese cuisine made of various seasonal ingredients and cooked by variety of cooking methods. With monthly theme based on Japanese culture, the Japanese Kaiseki chef, Hiro Tawara will serve you a beautiful and delicious course of 5 dishes including a dessert. The theme of December event will be "Holiday Season").
Here is the menu for December.
-Appetizer: Japanese omelette with Crab sauce, Shredded ginger -Assortment of Appetizer: Black Cod with grated Daikon radish sauce, Sushi Wrapped with a pickled Takana mustard leaves (Mehari Sushi) -Grilled Dish: Broiled Quail and Quail egg -Noodle Dish: Toshikoshi Soba (Year-crossing Buckwheat noodle in soup) -Dessert: Mascarpone cheese, Rice cake stuffed with a strawberry and red bean paste (Strawberry Daifuku)
