After Jesse and Noel's bad breakup, their roommates Danni and Sam aid them in finding new love through an online dating site. The anonymity of usernames and profile promises a sense of safety for those entering the uncertain world of dating again. Once Jesse and Noel take their tentative steps forward, however, Danni and Sam's enthusiastic cheerleading turns to panic as their well intentioned scheme spirals out of control in a flurry of miscommunication and mixups. Love goes haywire in Hard Wired as they text, tweet and Instagram their way through this comedic love-story-exploration of how cell phones and technology can help or hamper dating, romance and relationships.
