Essensia Garden Suppers
Join Executive Chef Venoy Rogers III and the Essensia culinary team for our first farm-to-table Garden Supper, featuring some of the freshest and tastiest ingredients available this Fall in South Florida. An intimate gathering for all who enjoy farm-fresh flavors and al-fresco dining amongst the tropical foliage and Essensia's Organic Garden. The evening will kick-off with guests selecting herbs from Essensia's Organic Garden for our Corporate Mixologist, Leo Holtzman, to create a personal cocktail with. Thereafter guests will enjoy Chef Venoy's specially crafted 5-course menu incorporating premium seasonal, local and sustainable produce, meats and seafood which are beautifully paired with sustainable wines from Emiliana Organic Vineyards. Tuesday, December 15th, 2015, 6:30PM
Dinner is $125 per person (plus tax and service charge) and includes a garden-to-glass cocktail, passed appetizers and a 5-course farm-to-table menu paired with fine sustainable wines.
