Spirited Bodies

This will be a day for people to try life modelling in a safe environment, and enjoy the benefits of experiencing their bodies in a new way. There will be a women's workshop and a mixed session. Everyone has the option to try drawing with guidance and artists not wishing to model may just draw.

The women's workshop begins slowly with time to get nude comfortably together, and build trust. How we hold the space with each other, without judgement for ourselves or others, is very important. We will explore energy, connection and openness.

In both sessions we will create a human soundscape, while immersed in the healing vibrations of a soundbath.

Times:

11am-1pm women's workshop
2pm-5pm mixed session
5pm-6pm time to reflect and share our experiences

For the mixed session it is free to model however there is a selection process. Please tell us what you hope to get from the experience, which gender you identify as, and if you have any accessibility requirements.
