Gaudete!
Harmonia Choir of Ottawa with guest children's choir Cross Town Youth Chorus, and organist Gilles Leclerc with his choir from St Francis of Assisi, and special guest percussionist Alvaro de Minaya, will inspire you with music of the Advent and Christmas season. And you'll have opportunities to join in with the choirs on verses of favourite carols, too! Highlights include two pieces by Mark Sirett, the African inspired Hodie Alleluia! and Puerto Rican carol "O Brillante Estrella", a unique setting of Veni, Veni Emmanuel, Ola Gjeilo's "The Ground", and many favourites including Silent Night (with traditional classical guitar) and the Hallelujah Chorus with Gilles Leclerc on the Organ!
