Singing with Style Concert
a production of Bird's Nest Jazz and Jizel Music & Design with teachers Cathi Walkup, Linda Kosut and Benny Watson, musical director
Join us on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at BIRD'S NEST JAZZ as we feature the collective talent of five local singers who have participated in our 7-week program - SINGING WITH STYLE - DEFINING YOURS.

These five wonderful and unique voices will be presenting an intriguing assortment of songs, from Marlene Dietrich to The Animals, George Gershwin, Harold Arlen even a touch of Tom Lehrer, this promises to be a very exciting evening of music. Cathi, Benny & Linda will also sing. Beverages are available for a small donation. Cheese & nibbles on the house.
DATE: Saturday, June 2, 2012 TIME: Concert 8pm - 10pm (doors open at 7:30pm) LOCATION: Bird's Nest Jazz Waterpark Lofts, 2875 Glascock Street, #109 (easy street parking) TICKETS: $12 in advance ($15 cash at door).
Beverages (wine, soft drinks, water) are available for a cash donation at the event. Nibbles provided by the hosts.
Seating is limited and advance purchase for tickets is highly recommended
This 2-set concert is the fruition of a 7-session workshop produced and taught by Bay Area Jazz and Cabaret vocalists and teachers Linda Kosut, Cathi Walkup and Benny Watson.
