A Christmas Carol at Circuit Playhouse

John Kevin Jones presents his solo performance of A Christmas Carol directed by Dr. Rhonda Dodd. A Christmas Carol will play one performance only Saturday, November 28 at Circuit Playhouse (51 Cooper St, Memphis, TN 38104). This is a free event and donations are requested to "PUT MY BFF BACK TO WORK!" Collected proceeds will go to pay for David Foster's rent at La Nouvelle Salon so that all the money he makes cutting hair is his to keep and refill his own coffers. He's ready to get back to his life even as he continues treatment (which he's handling amazingly well!)

Starting with Dickens' own performing version of A Christmas Carol, John Kevin Jones and Rhonda Dodd have crafted a work of storytelling that highlights Dickens' beautiful imagery and wry humor. Summoners Ensemble brings A Christmas Carol's ghosts, graveyards, goodness and redemption to life with one actor and over 15 characters. A performance and story that is sure to resonate with you and your family long after this holiday season is past.
