*The Bands*
Miss Tess is the sultry Queen of "Modern Vintage." Her sound artfully marries swing, blues, country, and folk drawing comparisons to Tom Waits, Madeleine Peyroux, and Bonnie Raitt. She tours the country performing with her bad ass band, delivering rousing performances that have earned her the Boston Music Award for "Outstanding Folk Artist of the Year" and "Jazz Act of the Year" from the New England Music Awards. Miss Tess is a firecracker!
The Whiskey Boys play original and traditional Irish, old time, and bluegrass music re-harmonized with jazz, rock, and wit. Often rowdy, sometimes tender, The Whiskey Boys are always a crowd pleaser.
The evening begins with a potluck and farm walk at 6:30pm. We're excited to announce White Barn Farm will have a Farm Stand with spring veggies, eggs, locally roasted coffee, and honey!
*Being a part of the Moonshine community supports the progress of independent, local music, food, and movement!
