PICTURES 2012: Just A Minute

Join the New Jersey Arts Collective for PICTURES 2012, an evening of chamber music inspired by visual art. The concert features premiere performances of the winning pieces from the 7th Annual NJAC Student Composition Contest. The 2012 contest asked NJ students to write music inspired by "Untitled #142," a painting by Philip Guston displayed in the Montclair Art Museum. Guest artist Carl Patrick Bolleia (piano) will perform works by these talented students, who represent the best of NJ's young composers. In addition, Bolleia will premiere several 2012 Ionisation Micro-Commissions inspired by the same Guston artwork. Don't miss this exciting event!
