If the latest TV spin on Robert Louis Stevenson's classic tale gives you nightmares, just wait until you see the original horror film classic
In the run-up to Christmas, we bring you the anti-Christmas Carol: the story of a well-to-do Victorian man, turned very, very bad. Screen legend John Barrymore takes on the double role, employing minimal make-up to portray Hyde and relying instead on his considerable acting skills.
Tickets cost £4 (plus booking fee/ £5 on the door), or £2 with a valid ticket for the Castle during the day.
The film will be screened in the Black Gate, the Castle's ancient gatehouse, which has a lift and disabled toilet facilities. Snacks and hot/cold drinks will be available to purchase on the night.
