The Santa Rosa Junior College Dance Ensemble performs their show, based on the element of water, at the end of a tour of Sonoma County Schools. 14 intermediate through advanced dancers comprise the company. The Dance Ensemble show is directed by Lara Branen who also choreographed one of the pieces. Student choreographers include Laura Becker, Cristal Chavez, Rachel Seche, Alex Simms, Marcus Ward & Danaite Zekariya and the show also includes a whimsical dance by special guest choreographer Katy Lohse (Sonoma State Dance & Theatre major). Other dancers in the company include:Conny Arita, Sandra Bahena, Kyle Baxter, Tina Gnork, Jenny Hernandez, Marky Phanchanh, Amanda Pruitt, & Lili Rosales. In addition, the audience will also be treated to a dance performed by special guests Company X (Izzy Contreras, Krystina Cronin, DJ Holmes & Alissa Phelps) choreographed by DJ seen in the North Bay Dance Festival & a by the SRJC Jazz Dance team featuring Javier Arriaga, Megan Holland, Skylaer Palacios, & Siobhan Williams.
