Bethesda Green Sustainability Series: Clean Air and Your Home
Recent research shows the average home in America contains contaminants and allergens which can manifest into serious health concerns. Asthma, allergies and upper respiratory diseases are on the rise as the air quality decreases with the climbing age of buildings. As buildings age, some materials can break down and become toxic to humans and pets. Come join us for a night of discussion with an expert panel on indoor air quality basics, impacts to vulnerable populations, and solutions to this growing issue.
Panelists: Stan Edwards, Chief of the Division of Policy and Compliance, Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection Fulya Kocak Gin, Director of Sustainability, Clark Construction Reuven Walder, Vice President, ecobeco
