Evie Ladin is a square dance caller, singer, banjo player, songwriter and dancer, with a lifetime of experience in the Appalachian cultural arts. She is skilled at getting large groups of mixed-level dancers having a great time swinging and do-si-do-ing, before they have the chance to think "I don't know what I'm doing!"  Square dancing is experiencing another revival nationwide among a new generation, as people crave the analog experience of dancing together to live, rowdy stringband music.  Live music from Skillet Licorice.  www.evieladin.com
