Edmonton Seniors Coordinating Council Seasonal Gathering
We are inviting ESCC member agencies to come and hear from Provincial Government MLA Richard Feehan. Richard was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Alberta representing the elctoral district of Edmonton-Rutherford. Richard will invite our sector to show leadership by identifying "what is the most important issue facing seniors, what's needed and why? Can we point to evidence to show the best way to address the issue(s) to illustrate a path forward?"
Following this we will have our Conversation Cafe which will focus on the question: "If you could talk to the Provincial Government about the most important is facing seniors, what would you say? How do you know it's the most important issue? Is there evidence based research to illustrate the best approach for this issue?
We will break for lunch just before noon and enjoy a seasonal buffet and celebrate the year!
