Join local chef Nico Vera for a night of a classic Peruvian food! He will be making the CLASSIC peruvian dish: Aji de Gallina, a chicken stew. This will be a slightly spicy and very creamy chicken stew served with potatoes, boiled eggs, rice and a light salad. As always, there will be music to set the mood...
