Amos Hopkins is a fiddler, vocalist, guitarist and songwriter who has been entertaining audiences nationally and internationally for over fifteen years. In his career he has played various high profile venues and television/radio/theatre engagements. Amos has performed all over the world, in India, Mexico, Hawaii and more.
Whether it is a foot-stomping, traditional Appalachian fiddle tune or a sentimental original ballad, listeners of all backgrounds will find his performances electric and exciting. Through his love of storytelling and his many travels and performances, he offers audiences an insightful and humorous glimpse into the life of a musician. Amos revels in teaching listeners about the history and origins of the songs he plays. One can expect to come away from an Amos Hopkins concert knowing much more about traditional country, bluegrass, folk and old-time music.
