KYOKUSHIN is renowned in the martial arts as the "Strongest Karate" in the world. Founded in the 1950's in Japan by illustrious master, Mas Oyama, KYOKUSHIN has grown to become a 10million member organization with affiliate schools in over 120 countries.
The Kyokushin All American Open originated in 1996 and is the most renowned and prestigious amateur full contact, knockdown karate competition in the USA.
This year's All American Open will feature current and former World Champion contenders in both Men's, Women's and Youth divisions from Japan, Asia, the South Pacific, Europe, Russia, South and Central America, Canada and the United States.
Morning events program (from 9am) includes Youth through Senior Semi-Contact Kumite and Kata events, as well as Adults Kata and men's and Women's Full-Contact Kumite elimination rounds.
*Main Event* from 3pm showcases exciting Karate Demonstrations and will feature all Finalists including Mens & Womens Full-Contact Championship contenders.
